To calculate the cost of charging your tesla's battery you will need to know the total capacity of the battery (C)
measured using watts or kilowatts and the price of one kWh (P) measured using $ per kWh.
To manually calculate the totat cost to charge a tesla, you can use this formula:
total cost = C * P
To calculate the driving cost to drive some specific distance (D) measured using miles or kilometers with a car that have a battery of capacity C measured using kWh with an Efficiency E measured with kWh/100 miles or kWh/100 kilometers you can use this formula:
driving cost = D * C * E / 100
note: you can use kilometers for distance but in that case you should use kWh/100km for efficiency

Charging cost calculator:
This calculator has three inputs the charging cost (TC), the capacity of the tesla's battery (C) and the unit the price of charging one kWh (P), you can calculate every value of these three using the two other inputs .
To calculate the Charging cost (TC) you should enter the the (C) and (P), the result will be
TC = P * C
To calculate the Capacity (C) you should enter the the (TC) and (P), the result will be
C = TC / P
To calculate the Price of a kWh (P) you should enter the the (TC) and (C), the result will be
P = TC / C
Driving cost calculator:
This calculator has three inputs the driven distance (D), the Efficiency of the tesla's (Eff) and the total electricity cost (EC), to calculate every value of these three input the input of kWh price (P) is required.
Before start using this mini calculator you would select you tesla model the select list above, when you select your car model the efficiency of that model will be added to the Efficiency input, or you can use a custom efficiency.
To calculate the Electricity Cost (EC) you should enter the the (D), (P) and (Eff) the result will be
EC = Eff * P * D / 100
To calculate the Efficiency (Eff) you should enter the the (D), (P) and (EC) the result will be
Eff = (EC * 100) / (P * D)
To calculate the Distance (D) you should enter the the (Eff), (P) and (EC) the result will be
