This calculator can also give you an estimation of driving cost for a distance that you will define and based
on the tesla efficiency, some tesla models efficiency will be provided by this tool otherwise you can use
a custom efficiency.

You can also calculate the Efficiency using this calculator by providing some previous data about
your previous trips, so you just need a distance that u driven, unit price of kWh and the total cost
that u spend on charging your tesla for that trip to get an estimation of your car efficiency.

To calculate the __cost of charging your tesla's__ battery you will need to know the total capacity of the battery (C)
measured using watts or kilowatts and the price of one kWh (P) measured using $ per kWh.

To manually calculate the totat cost to charge a tesla, you can use this formula:

** total cost = C * P **

To calculate the __driving cost__ to drive some specific distance (D) measured using miles or kilometers
with a car that have a battery of capacity C measured using kWh with an Efficiency E measured with
kWh/100 miles or kWh/100 kilometers you can use this formula:

** driving cost = D * C * E / 100 **

__note:__ you can use kilometers for distance but in that case you should use kWh/100km for efficiency

This calculator have two minicalculators the first one is the charging cost calculator
and the second is the driving cost calculator.

__Charging cost calculator: __

This calculator has three inputs the charging cost (TC), the capacity of the tesla's battery (C)
and the unit the price of charging one kWh (P), you can calculate every value of these three
using the two other inputs .

To calculate the __Charging cost (TC)__ you should enter the the (C) and (P), the result will be

** TC = P * C **

To calculate the __Capacity (C)__ you should enter the the (TC) and (P), the result will be

** C = TC / P **

To calculate the __Price of a kWh (P)__ you should enter the the (TC) and (C), the result will be

** P = TC / C **

__Driving cost calculator: __

This calculator has three inputs the driven distance (D), the Efficiency of the tesla's (Eff)
and the total electricity cost (EC), to calculate every value of these three input
the input of kWh price (P) is required.

Before start using this mini calculator you would select you tesla model the select list above, when you select
your car model the efficiency of that model will be added to the Efficiency input, or you can use a custom
efficiency.

To calculate the __Electricity Cost (EC)__ you should enter the the (D), (P) and (Eff) the result will be

** EC = Eff * P * D / 100 **

To calculate the __Efficiency (Eff)__ you should enter the the (D), (P) and (EC) the result will be

** Eff = (EC * 100) / (P * D) **

To calculate the __Distance (D)__ you should enter the the (Eff), (P) and (EC) the result will be

** D = (EC * 100) / (P * Eff) **
