__Solution:__

From the above equation

a = 4, b = 1, c = -6. By substituting these values in the above formula, we get roots as

X = (-1± √(12 - 4 x 4 x -6)) / 2x4

= (-1±9.8489) / 8

X1 = 1.1061 and X2 = -1.3561

Hence the resultant value for X are 1.1061, -1.3561
